Welcome to RigConcierge ("we," "us," or "our"). We are a Texas-based platform providing operator-led vendor performance insights for the upstream oil and gas industry. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. Subsequently, this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use our website(s) (www.rigconcierge.com), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2.1. Information You Provide Directly

Account Registration: When you create or manage an account with RigConcierge, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company name, role/title (e.g., drilling engineer, superintendent), and other relevant contact details.
Profile & Reviews: If you submit vendor ratings or reviews, we collect the text, images, or additional data you include.
Payment Information: If you purchase a subscription or other paid features, we may collect billing information, such as credit card numbers and billing addresses, which may be processed through a third-party payment processor.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Services, or transmitted to other users of the Services or third parties (collectively, "User-Submitted Content"). Your User-Submitted Content is posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Services with whom you may choose to share your User-Submitted Content. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User-Submitted Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

As our Services are used by operators, vendors and service providers alike, it is hereby made clear that if you maintain an OPERATOR MEMBERSHIP, you will have complete access to the services in order to discover and evaluate service providers through the use and submission of User-Submitted Content, in accordance with the Terms of Use, Site Guidelines and other policies; however, if you maintain a SERVICE PROVIDER MEMBERSHIP, your access to the Services is limited to only your profile and the User-Submitted Content that is directly related or associated with your company and membership. SERVICE PROVIDER MEMBERSHIPS will not have the ability to see User-Submitted Content for other service providers or holders of equivalent memberships.

2.2. Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Services, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral URLs, and the pages you visit.
Cookies & Similar Technologies: We may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze site usage, and display relevant advertisements.

The information we collect automatically may, but is not guaranteed to, include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties.
